MINCO is an enterprising little town on the C. R. I. & P. R'y, fifteen miles south of El Reno. Has a bank, several good mercantile houses and a flouring mill, all of which are ample to supply the present demands. Has United States Express Co. and Western Union Telegraph. Good hotels, churches, schools, etc.
