HOW TO USE THIS INDEX

We are currently transcribing all of the pages of these 5 volumes. Vol. III is almost complete and you should find most of those pages using the alpha links.

We are just starting on Vol. V and will be adding pages as quickly as possible. As time allows I will link each of the pages to the respective surname/page number.

I have also located copies of these volumes in several libraries in an effort to help you obtain copies when we do not have the information online yet. You will need to check with the libraries in question about their policy concerning copies and Inter Library Loan [ILL] of the books.
