Bryan County, Oklahoma Marriages 1902-1932


The Bryan County Court house in Oklahoma gave over 8,000 original marriage licenses to the Bryan County Heritage, Research Library in Calera, Oklahoma. These are original License-Certificates that were never picked up by the family.

These names are not all the marriage licenses in Bryan County. These are not all the names in the marriage record index of court clerk. If you are a descendant or family member of one of the individuals listed on the marriage licenses below, please send a stamped self addressed envelope to the Bryan County Heritage Association, Inc., P. O. Box 153, Calera, Oklahoma 74730, along with your request. There will be a postage and handling charge to obtain the original License.

The licenses are from 1902 to 1932. Many of the individuals lived in Texas. Some were from other states as well. There was no waiting period to be married in Oklahoma. Info provided here: Groom, bride, date of marriage.

list some of the old marriage records before statehood. They also have one
Marriage book "Prestatehood Marriages" From 1902 to 1907.
