Vinita—Funeral arrangements are pending at Luginbuel
Brothers funeral home here for Mrs. Polly Ann Skiles, 89,
who died Thursday in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Harry
Waller, near Bluejacket, after a short illness.
Mrs. Skiles, a long time resident of Licking, Mo., moved to
her daughter’s home four years ago. She was a member of the
Baptist church in Licking.
Survivors, in addition to Mrs. Waller, include five other
daughters, Mrs. Dora Belle Bohannon and Mrs. Ada Davis, both
of Licking; Mrs. Mattie Chalfant and Mrs. Sally Phillips,
both of St. Louis, Mo., and Mrs. Polly Ann Winters, Bangor,
Calif.; four sons, Davis, Eaton, Ohio; Prior, St. Louis;
Melvin, Chico, Calif.; and Olen, Chicago; one sister, Mrs.
Rhoda Woodward, Salem, Mo.; and one brother, Marion York,
Licking.
