CHARLES L. OSBURN

   
    Vinita—Funeral arrangements are pending for Charles L. Osburn, 63, who died Tuesday at his home nine miles east of Vinita. Luginbuel Brothers funeral home is in charge.
    Osburn, a resident of Craig county 30 years, was born in Eureka Springs, Ark. He served overseas in World war I and was a member of the Vinita American Legion post.
    Survivors include his wife, Ruth Hazel, four sons, Charles, Altus, W.T. and Ralph, both of Vinita; and Glen, of the home; four daughters, Lucille Osburn, Bartlesville, Mrs. Lois Maples, Borger; Mrs. Loy Brown, Bartlesville, and Miss Marilyn Osburn, of the home; two brothers, Jim and Ben, both of Vinita; and two sisters, Mrs. Mae Casond, Harvard, Ark., and Mrs. Odie Scott, Maysville, Ark.
