Vinita—Funeral arrangements are pending for Charles L. Osburn, 63, who died Tuesday at his home nine miles east of
Vinita. Luginbuel Brothers funeral home is in charge.
Osburn, a resident of Craig county 30 years, was born in
Eureka Springs, Ark. He served overseas in World war I and
was a member of the Vinita American Legion post.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Hazel, four sons, Charles,
Altus, W.T. and Ralph, both of Vinita; and Glen, of the
home; four daughters, Lucille Osburn, Bartlesville, Mrs.
Lois Maples, Borger; Mrs. Loy Brown, Bartlesville, and Miss
Marilyn Osburn, of the home; two brothers, Jim and Ben, both
of Vinita; and two sisters, Mrs. Mae Casond, Harvard, Ark.,
and Mrs. Odie Scott, Maysville, Ark.
