Accused Vinita Slayer Out On Bond of $15,000

VINITA, Okla., March 21—David H. Carroll, charged with the murder of Charles Hayden, Craig county farmer, two weeks ago, and held for the district court at his preliminary trial last Tuesday, has been granted his release on $15,000 bond by Judge A.C. Brewster of Pryor.
Justice D.H. Meredith sent him to jail without bond and Rollie C. Clark, county attorney, intimated at the time he would oppose bond of both Carroll and his son.
Phara Carroll, the son, was released last week on $2,000 bond.
