Six Held for Trial In Merchant’s Death


    VINITA, Dec. 10.—Six men charged with murder in the slaying of William Weitz, 58 years old, pioneer merchant of Welch, Okla., were bound over to the district court after arraignment here Thursday and preliminary hearing set for Decembery 17.
    Justice of Peace George Hinshaw allowed no bond for the defendants, Donald Elders, Bill Thomas, Tom Saunders, Charles and Eligah Hartsock and Virgil Rice.
