Boy Crawls Under Train, Loses Legs

    VINITA, Dec. 28.—Ten-year-old Mark Dale jr. was injured critically here late Wednesday when a Frisco freight train ran over him, severing both legs. He apparently crawled under the slowly moving train on his way home.
