VINITA, July 21.—The preliminary hearing for Blount Martin,
Negro, charged with the death of Lavina Cullins, Negro,
found shot through the head June 19, has been continued for
the second time and has been set for Tuesday, July 28.
The trial will be held in the court of Justice of the Peace
Joe Morrison, according to County Attorney Homer Melton.
