DEAN EDWARD KETRON
 

    VINITA, Jan. 22.—Services will be in Vinita at 3 p.m. Thursday for Dean Edward Ketron, 33, Vinita World war II veteran, who was killed Tuesday while working on a well drill northwest of Vinita.
    Ketron, employed as a tool dresser, was on the machine straightening the drilling cable on the intake spool when he fell into the steel cable and was carried around the spool before the engineer could stop the engine.
    Survivors include his wife, one son, his father and two sisters, all of Vinita. A brother, LeRoy, lives in Wichita.
    Ketron served three years in the army in the south Pacific.
