STATE TRAFFIC DEATHS

 

    Frank Elvin Morgan, route 1, Chelsea, student at Stillwater, was crushed to death when his car collided with the rear of a semi-trailer truck loaded with propane a mile west of Vinita on U.S. 66. The truck didn’t explode.
