VINITA—Services for Thomas H. Byrd, 75, who died Thursday
night following a five-year illness, will be at 2:30 p.m.
Sunday in Burckhalter Memorial chapel.
Byrd, who came to Vinita in 1903 and later moved to Topeka,
Kan., where he was Oklahoma and Kansas agent for an
insurance company, moved back to Vinita following his
retirement in 1939.
Survivors include one brother, John Byrd, Vinita.
