VINITA—Services for Willis C. Burchett, 77, Vinita resident
since 1901 who died early Wednesday, will be at 1 p.m.
Friday in the Luginbuel Brothers Funeral home chapel.
Burchett, born in Berry county, Missouri, lived in Bolivar,
Mo., until 1901 when he came to Vinita. He owned and
operated a grocery store here for many years.
Survivors include his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Amy L. Thomas,
of the home; two sons, Clifford, Bolivar, Mo.; and Ralph,
Vinita; and six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
