W.W. Gallop Rites Today

 

    VINITA, April 23—Funeral for William W. Gallop, 81, who died Monday night in a Parson’s Kan., hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the First Christian church here. Burial will be in the Lake Creek cemetery, Bartlett, Kan.
    The retired farmer, who lived near Nowata 30 years before moving to Vinita eight years ago, had been ill four months. He was born April 8, 1872, in Cass County, Mo. He was a member of the First Christian church, Vinita.
    Survivors include: three sons, James N., Parsons; Harley, Vinita; and W.A., Tulsa; two daughters, Mrs. Mae Belle Neil, Wichita, and Mrs. Margaret Grant, Iola, Kan.; one brother, Fines E., Welch; one sister, Mrs. Lou Belle Myers, Edna, Kan.; 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
