PFC. HAROLD T. RUGGLES

 

    BLUEJACKET—Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Baptist church here for Pfc. Harold T. Ruggles, who was killed in Korean action.
    The body of Private Ruggles will arrive in Vinita late Thursday, accompanied by his cousin Pfc. Bob Ruggles, who is stationed in Oakland, Calif.
    Ruggles entered the service Feb. 14, 1952 and landed in Korea Oct. 11, 1952. He was killed March 9, during the fight for “Old Baldy.”
    He was a member of the Baptist church in Bluejacket.
    Survivors include: his wife, Ardith; a daughter, Evelyn Gail; his mother, Mrs. T.H. Ruggles, all of the home near Bluejacket; five sisters, Mrs. A.D. Langley, Bluejacket; Mrs. Roy T. Satterwhite, Dakota City, Neb.; and Misses Jean, Lois and Nancy Ruggles, all of the home; and his grandmother, Mrs. S.P. Ninemires, Bluejacket.
