C.E. Lowe’s Rites Today
 

    VINITA—Graveside services for Clowney E. Lowe, 82-year-old former Vinitan who died Dec. 16, 1952, in St. Petersburg, Fla., will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Fairview cemetery. The body, temporarily interred in a St. Petersburg cemetery, arrived here Wednesday.
    Lowe, who was chairman of the board of the Union Trust Co., died following a heart attack at his home. Born and reared in West Virginia, he later moved to Vinita. He and his family moved to St. Petersburg in 1923. He was a member of the Vinita Masonic lodge, the Akdar temple, Tulsa, and the Indian Consistory of Oklahoma.
    Survivors include: his wife, Willie J., one son, Clowney Oswald Lowe; one daughter, Mrs. Clara Lucille, Goodman; three granddaughters and three grandsons, all of St. Petersburg; and two sisters and one brother of Hinton, W.Va.
