KYLE ‘JACK’ MONTGOMERY
 

    VINITA—Last rites for Kyle “Jack” Montgomery, 68-year-old former Craig county rancher who died unexpectedly of a heart ailment Sunday night in his home in San Antonio, Texas, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Bruck memorial chapel here. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery.
    Montgomery who at one time owned one of the largest ranches in northeastern Oklahoma, was born in Cedar county, Missouri. He came to Craig county in 1904 and lived on his ranch near Centralia and in Vinita until 1940 when he moved to San Antonio.
    Survivors include: his wife, Mrs. Leone Montgomery of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Mason Painter, Corpus Christi, Texas; one brother, T.C. Montgomery, Vinita; two sisters, Mrs. Earl Smith and Mrs. Joe B. Stratton, both of Houston, Texas; and four grandchildren.
