Vinita Pioneer Is Dead at 85; Services Pend
 

    VINITA, March 9—Services are pending for Mrs. Lennie Taylor, 85, longtime Vinitan who died Monday night in a local hospital after a four-month illness. The Burckhalter Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
    Mrs. Taylor, born April 11, 1869, in Iola, Kan., had lived in Vinita for 57 years.
She was the oldest member of the First Christian church and of the local Eastern Star chapter. She also was a member of the Vinita American Legion auxiliary.
    Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Otis Anderson, Vinita; one son, Walter L. Cly, Vinita; two brothers, William and John Blair, both of Minder Mines, Mo.; one step-daughter, Mrs. Thelma Lomax, Bremerton, Wash.; one step-son, Frank Taylor, Tujunga, Calif.; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
