Craig Deputy’s Vinita Rites Planned Today
 

    VINITA, Sept. 7—Services for Clarence Everett Drake, 60, a Craig county deputy sheriff who died Monday in a local hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Luginbuel Brothers Funeral home chapel.
    Drake, born in Westville, Okla., had lived in and near Vinita for 45 years.
He formerly farmed near Vinita and worked here as a city employe. He had served on the Vinita police force and the county sheriff’s staff 10 years.
    Survivors include: his wife, Betty; three sons, Larry, of the home; Dennis and Billy, both of Hominy; three daughters, Shirley, of the home; Mrs. Doris McIntosh and Mrs. Betty McIntosh, both of Tulsa; four sisters, Mrs. Dick Blackburn, Claremore; Mrs. Fannie Moore, Chandler; Mrs. Dorothy Glassock, St. Louis, and Mrs. Betty Busey, Sparta, N.J.; one brother, John Drake, Shermen, Texas; and one granddaughter.
