VINITA-Services for Mrs. Josie Dell VanHoozer, 53, who died
of a gunshot wound Wednesday afternoon in a local hospital,
will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Luginbuel Brothers Funeral
home chapel.
Craig county Sheriff Jim Ince said the wound was
self-inflicted.
Mrs. VanHoozer was born Feb. 18, 1902, in Hillsdale, Okla.
She and her family had resided on route 1 Bluejacket 18
years. She was a member of the Presbyterian church in
Hillsdale.
Survivors include her husband, T.A.; three daughters, Helen,
of the home; Mrs. Iona Langley, Vinita; Mrs. Leona Clark,
Carl Junction, Mo.; one son, Paul Stoner, Guymon; one
sister, Mrs. Fredda Myers, Sacramento; three brothers, Lon
Stoner, Fargo; Lem Stoner, Garber, and Roy Stoner,
Hillsdale; and four grandchildren.
