VINITA—Services for Hugh McMillan, 76, a resident of the
Vinita area since 1909, who died Sunday in a local hospital
after a two-year illness, were Tuesday in Luginbuel Brothers
funeral home chapel here. Burial was in Fairview cemetery.
McMillan, born in Birmingham, Ala., was a member of the
Methodist church. He was a carpenter.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Pete Robinson,
Vinita, Mrs. J.L. Overstreet, Tulsa, and Mrs. W.E. Painter,
Houston; four sons, Lester and Jack, both of Great Bend,
Kan., Louis, Tulsa, and Dick, Bremerton, Wash.; one sister,
Mrs. Mary Davis, Newport News, Va.; 11 grandchildren and six
great-grandchildren.
