VINITA—Services were Tuesday in Luginbuel Brothers funeral
chapel here for Mrs. Susan S. Evans, 85-year-old Craig
countyan who died Saturday in the home of her son in Afton.
Mrs. Evans, born in Lee’s Creek, Ark., had lived in Vinita
20 years before moving to the home of her son. She was a
member of the Trinity Baptist church here.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Eliza Hopkins, Bell,
Calif.; Mrs. Judy Boyd, Oklahoma City, Mrs. Margaret
Faulconer, Vinita, and Mrs. Susie Gerdner, Modesto, Calif.;
four sons, Charley, Afton, Walter, Ketchum, A.W., Norman,
and Bud, Okmulgee; two sisters, Mrs. Millie Beck and Mrs.
Lou Morgan, both of Rowe, Okla.; 21 grandchildren, 30
great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
