WELCH—Funeral arrangements are pending for Omer Stroud, 85,
retired Welch hardware dealer who died Tuesday in Welch
hospital after a long illness.
Stroud, a resident of this area for 60 years, was a member
of the First Methodist church here.
Survivors include one half-brother, Harry Stroud, Tulsa.
Lubinbuel Brothers funeral home, Vinita, is in charge of
arrangements.
