                               Audrey Lee Wasson
    

Funeral services for Audrey Lee Wasson of Elmore City were held at 2 p.m.,
Tuesday, July 17, 2001 at Foster Cemetery.  Reverend Bruce McCray officiated
with interment being at Foster Cemetery under the direction of Wooster
Funeral home.

Mrs. Wasson, 71, was born to Arthur and Myrtle (Short) Christenson on Dec. 7,
1929, in Texas and passed away Saturday, July 14, 2001 in Norman.

Audrey spent her childhood days in Tulsa and graduated from Sand Springs.

Mrs. Wasson is survived by four daughters; Leslea Slater of Stigler, Sherri
Cantwell of Elmore City, Christi Conner, of Elmore City, and Lisa Williams
of Norman; sister, Jean Vogt of Tulsa; 10 grandchildren; six great-grand-
children; and other family members.

Mrs. Wasson was preceded in death by her husband, Sherman Wasson; parents, 
Arthur and Myrtle Christenson; and brother, Lane Christenson.
