J.C. Lotspeich Dec'd Min 30 page Time 1884

I J.C. Lotspeich do make and publish this my last will and
testament. Hereby revoking and making void all others by
me at any time made First I direct that my funeral expenses
and all my debts be paid as soon agter my death as possible
out of ay onies that I may die possessed of or may come
into the hands of my executrix herein after named. Secondly
I give and gequeath to my beoved wife Maggie J. Lotspeich
the house and lot where we now live situate in the town of
Greensville, Green County, Tennessee, on the south side of
Irish Street, adjoining the lots of Joseph Hacker on the
southwest and Thomas J. Lane on the southeast the heirs of
Charles Marsh dec'd and other containing about 1 acre and
all my personal effects of whatever character that I may die
seized and possessed of ____ I do hereby nominate and appoint
my wife Maggie J. Lotspeich my executriz.

In witness where of I do to this my will set my hand this fifth
day of December 1884. J.C. Lotspeich

Signed and published in our presence and we have subscribed our
names hereto in the presence of the testator this 5th day of
