The Territory of Oklaham, Logan County, SS.
LICENSE Is hereby granted to any person authorized to solemnize marriages according to the laws of said Territory, to join in marriage, Mr. William M. DAVIS and Miss Ida E. HARROD of the County aforesaid, whose ages, residence, etc., are as follows:
Names Of Parties:
William M. DAVIS, Age 28, Place of Birth-Missouri, Residence-Logan Co.,
Father's Name-Monroe DAVIS, Mother's Maiden Name-Sarah MCHENRY
AND
Ida E. HARROD, age 28, Place of Birth-Indiana, Residence-Logan Co.,
Father's Name-Moses HARROD, Mother's Maiden Name- Mary J. DUVALL
And the person joining them in marriage is required to make due return of the annexed Certificate to the Probate Judge of said County, within ninety days, of the names of the parties, time and place of marriage, and by whom solemnized.
In Testimony Whereof, I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court, at my office in Guthrie, in said County, this 23 day of May A.D., 1896

To the Probate Judge of Logan County, Territory of Oklahoma:
This Certifies, That on the 23 day of May, A.D. 1896, at Guthrie, in said County, according to law and authority, I duly Joined in Marriage Mr. William M. DAVIS and Miss Ida E. HARROD, and there were present as witness, John HARROD.
