Pvt. Doyle "Happy" Taylor

While in basic training at Berkeley, Calif., Taylor received medals for bayonet, mortar, expert marksmanship and hand grenade.

He is now stationed somewhere overseas.

He graduated from Guthrie highschool and entered the army on March 5, 1943.

He was employed in the shipyards in California prior to his induction.

He is in the infantry.

His parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. T. Taylor live at 517 W. Oklahoma Ave.

He is 20 years of age.
