Charley Osborne's little baby boy is on the sick list.

Dave Shanholtzer commenced planting corn last week.

W.L. Reed shipped a lot of cattle and hogs Tuesday.

Rev. Squire preached at California creek Sunday night.

W.J. Orndorffe shipped a car load of cattle Sunday evening.

Charley Hamblin and little daughter are both considerably better.

Bertha Orndorffe, daughter of W.J. Orndorffe, is on the sick list.

Buck Crockett was home from Wolf creek last week, where he is farming again this year.

Miss Myrtle Cammack seems to be getting along nicely with her school at California creek.

Mrs. Mary Chaney of Lenapah was visiting her brother and his family, Alsie White, Sunday.

The A.H.T.A. lodge at California creek is increasing in numbers and seems to be doing fine.

Mrs. James Foreman was a California creek Sunday, the first time she has been able to attend for a long time.

Rev. Squire visited the California creek Sunday school Sunday in the interest of the Sunday school convention.

We are sorry to learn that Wis Fair is having such bad luck with his horses. He has lost several head and has quite a number sick.

We are glad to learn that the little daughter of Robert Wann, who has been sick with cerebro spinal meningitis, is much better.

Rev. W.I. Torbert and wife, Rev. D.P. Squire, Will Graham and family and Arch Graham took dinner with Mr. and Mrs. G.B. Adams, Easter.

Rev. W.I. Torbert and wife of Oolagah were at California creek last Sunday and Rev. Torbert preached to the people at that place at 11 o'clock.

A new boy put in his appearance at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Charley Myers last Wednesday. Charley has quite a grin on his face at this time.

The Sunday school at California creek was well attended Sunday. We thank the people very much for the interest they are taking in the school.

Misses Maudie Fair, Ina Bogard and Lena Graham and Will Graham were elected to go to Fish creek to represent California creek at the Sunday school convention which meets with the Fish creek Sunday school Saturday and Sunday, April 22 and 23.
