 CASE NUMBER NO. 564

 In the Matter of the Application of SAM DYER, Guardian of the Estate of GEORGIA DYER, a minor, for approval of deed.

 ORDER APPROVING GUARDIAN'S DEED.

 Now on this 11th day of September 1913, came SAM DYER, as the guardian of the estate of GEORGIA DYER, a minor, and filed in and presented to this court his petition in due form, and properly verified, praying for an order of this court approving and confirming a certain deed made and executed by the said SAM DYER, as such guardian, on the 11th day of September 1913 pursuant to a certain order of confirmation made and entered by the County Court of Bryan County, State of Oklahoma. "In the matter of the estate of GEORGIA DYER, a minor," on the 4th day of September 1913, and conveying certain real estate belonging to the estate of said minor, situate in Jefferson County and Stephens County, State of Oklahoma, described as follows, to-wit:

 The NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 13, Township 6 South Range 8 West of Indian Base and Meridian, in Jefferson County, State of Oklahoma; And also the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 29; and the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/ of Section 30, all in Township 2 South, Range 6 West of Indian Base and Meridian, in Stephens County, State of Oklahoma, and containing in all 100 acres, more or less; to A. A. SPRING, upon a consideration of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) cash therefore; And said guardian appearing by his attorneys, and the matter being submitted to the court, the court proceeded to the hearing upon said petition, and the court being fully and satisfactory advised in the premises, finds: That the said SAM DYER is the duly appointed, qualified and acting guardian of the person and estate of the said GEORGIA DYER, a minor, under and by virtue of letters of guardianship issued to him by the County Court of Bryan County, State of Oklahoma, and that as such guardian he has been, by said court, ordered and directed to sell the hereinbefore described real estate to the said A. A. SPRING at and for the sum of ($1,000.00) One Thousand Dollars, cash, that thereafter, to-wit: On the 4th day of September 1913, said County Court of Bryan County made and entered its order approving and confirming said sale, and directing said guardian to execute and deliver a proper deed, conveying the hereinbefore described real estate to the said A. A. SPRING on payment of said sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).

 That said hereinbefore described real estate is the surplus allotment of one SAM ROBINSON, deceased; that the said SAM ROBINSON was a Choctaw Indian of the full blood, and duly enrolled as such, upon the approved final rolls of the Five Civilized Tribes, opposite Number 14928; that the said GEORGIA DYER is the daughter and sole and only heir of the SAM ROBINSON, deceased and that she is a minor under the age of twelve years, and has been adopted by the said SAM DYER and his wife, SARAH DYER, and her name changed from GEORGIA ROBINSON to GEORGIA DYER; That the said SAM ROBINSON departed this life intestate in Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, on or about the 16th day March 1913 and the court being fully advised in the premises of the opinion that said deed should be approved by this Court.

 IT IS THEREFORE BY THE COURT, ordered and decreed that said deed so executed, as aforesaid, by the said SAM DYER, guardian of the estate of GEORGIA DYER, a minor, on the ____ day of September 1913, conveying all of the right, title and interest of said minor in and to the following described real estate, situate in Jefferson County and Stephens County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

The NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 13, Township 6 South Range 8 West of Indian Base and Meridian, in Jefferson County, State of Oklahoma; And also the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 29; and the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 30, all in Township 2 South, Range 6 West of Indian Base and Meridian, in Stephens County, State of Oklahoma, and containing in all 100 acres, more or less; to the said A. A. SPRING, upon the consideration of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) cash be and the same is hereby approved and said sale thereof confirmed.
