GIBSON, Isaac Page 33 and Page 34 STATE OF OKLAHOMA. PUSHMATAHA COUNTY ss IN COUNTY COURT. CASE NUMBER NO. 572. In the Matter of the Estate of ISAAC GIBSON, Deceased. ORDER APPROVING DEED. Now on this day there comes on for hearing in open court the petition of SINEY GIBSON, praying the Court to approve petitioner's deed of conveyance to H. D. WRIGHT conveying the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 32 in Township 4 South Range 16 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, situate in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, being a part of the homestead allotment of ISAAC GIBSON, deceased, and said petitioner appearing in person and by attorney, and said purchaser appearing and paying into Court the sum of $400.00 in cash being the purchase price named in said deed, and the Court having examined and considered said deed and petition and having heard the evidence offered by said petitioner and being fully advised in the premises finds the facts to be as in said petition set out, to-wit: That said petitioner is a citizens by blood of the Choctaw Nation enrolled opposite No. 4418 as of the full blood; and is the surviving mother and sole heirs at law of ISAAC GIBSON, deceased; That ISAAC GIBSON was a citizen by blood of the Choctaw Nation enrolled opposite No. 4220 as of the full blood; That on or about the 14th day of November 1910 the said ISAAC GIBSON departed this life intestate, unmarried and without issue, while still a minor, at his home near Antlers, in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma; that said ISAAC GIBSON at the time of his death was and for many years prior thereto had been an actual resident of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma; that administration upon the estate of said ISAAC GIBSON is now pending in this Court and this Court now has Jurisdiction of the settlement of the estate of said ISAAC GIBSON, deceased. That the father of said ISAAC GIBSON pre-deceased him and said decedent left surviving him as his sole heir at law his mother SINEY GIBSON petitioner herein; That said ISAAC GIBSON died seized of the following described lands, together with other land not herein concerned, being a part of his homestead allotment, situate in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, to-wit: The SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 32 in Township 4 South Range 16 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, containing 40 acres, more or less, as the case may be, according to the U. S. survey thereof. That upon the death of said ISAAC GIBSON said land descended to his heirs at law and became alienable; That on the 21st day of October 1913, in the town of Antlers, petitioner sold the above described land to H. D. WRIGHT, subject to the approval of this court, to H. D. WRIGHT for the price and sum of $400.00; that petitioner then and the remade and executed her deed of conveyance to said lands and said purchaser agreed to pay to this court for petitioner the sum of $400; The Court further finds that said petitioner has testified that she is entirely satisfied with said transaction and she now testified that she desires the court to approve said deed and deliver to her the consideration agreed upon; and it appearing to the court that the consideration is fair and equitable and the reasonable value of said land, and that it will be for the best interest of said petitioner to permit her to consummate said sale; Now therefore it is hereby ordered that the said deed of conveyance from the said SINEY GIBSON to the said H. D. WRIGHT conveying the above described land be and the same is hereby ratified and approved and in all respects declared legal and valid. Dated this 23rd day of October 1913. (Signed) L. P.
