ORDER APPROVING DEED.

Now on this 1st day of September, 1913, this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of LOUISE LUDLOW, asking for the approval of a Warranty deed, made by herself LOUISE LUDLOW, to S. L. CHOWNING, on the 1st day of September, 1913, upon the allotment of PAYSON LUDLOW, deceased, to-wit: all of her undivided right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate in Love and Stephen Counties, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:

The South west Quarter of Northwest Quarter, and East half of Northwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter of Section 32 and South half of Southeast quarter of Northeast Quarter, and Northeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Section 21, and West half of Northwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter of Section Thirty Two (32), Township Seven (7) South, Range Two (2) East, same being located in Love County, State of Oklahoma, and the Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Northeast Quarter and North half of Northeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter and Northeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Section Ten (10) and Southwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Section Eleven (11). Township Two (2) North, Range Seven (7) West, Same being located in Stephen County, State of Oklahoma; and the Court having heard the evidence and having examined said petition, finds:

That said PAYSON LUDLOW, deceased, died on or about the 23rd day of August 1913 and that he was at the time of his death, a resident of what is now Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma; that he died seized and possessed of an allotment of land described above herein; that he left surviving him his wife LOUSIA LUDLOW and WILLIS LUDLOW, and SUSAN MEASHINTUBBEE and AUSTIN LUDLOW, SILWARE LUDLOW and LIZZIE LUDLOW, who are the sole heirs and all of who are full-blood Choctaw Indians, and each of them inherited an undivided interest in and to said land described above.

The Court further finds that LOUSIE LUDLOW, the wife of PAYSON LUDLOW at the time of his death, sold all of her right, title and interest, in and to the above described real estate to S. L. CHOWNING, for the sum of $550.00, and on the 1st day of September 1913, executed her Warranty Deed therefore; that said deed is now brought into court; that the purchase money has been paid in full in cash; that said sum of $550.00 is a fair and adequate price for the interest of said LOUISA LUDLOW in the allotment of PAYSON LUDLOW, her deceased husband and described as follows, to-wit:

Township Two (2) North, Range Seven (7) West, Same being located in Stephen County, State of Oklahoma; and that said deed is in proper from and should be approved.

It is therefore by the Court ordered, adjudged and decreed that said deed executed by LOUISA LUDLOW on the 1st day of September 1913, for the sum of $550.00, conveying to said S. L. CHOWNING, all of her right, title and interest in and to the above described real estate herein, same being located in Love and Stephen Counties, State of Oklahoma, be and the same is, hereby approved.
