My father was Mack Lee Morgan.  He was born in Pushmataha Co., Oklahoma (somewhere outside of Antlers) on May 23, 1910 - social security death record says 1907, but that was because he lied about his age in order to go to work for an oil company at age 15. I find him (as a baby) and his family in the 1910 census for Antlers.  He was in Oklahoma until probably the 1930s. His mother lived on the family farm (neighbors were the Avants or Aments) until early 1960s and then moved to Antlers.
Dad's mother was Sarah Catherine (Jenny) Hayes Morgan, born December 15, 1875 in Tennessee.  "Ma" said she remembered coming to Oklahoma in the back of a wagon when she was a child.  I did find an interview with a Hayes in the Oklahoma pioneer papers, but don't know if this was her relative.  So, I'm not sure of a date for her arrival in Indian Territory.  She is buried in the Antlers City Cemetery.  She died in California March 13, 1966, while visiting her daughter.  At the time of her death she was still a resident of Antlers.  I find her name in the obituary index of the Antlers paper someone has so painstakingly put together.  
His father was James H. Morgan, born in Texas around 1860 and died in Texas around 1944.  
I have not been able to trace my father's family past his parents.
I'm not sure what all you need to know for your surname list - this may be too much info.  At any rate, I am grateful for any information you may have to share.
