To reach the cemetery from Muldrow, go east from the traffic light to the edge of town. Turn right on Wilson Rock Road and follow it south to the river. At the river, the road turns left toward a picnic area. The cemetery is on the right (river) side of the road just before reaching the picnic area.

There appears to be 88 marked graves in the cemetery. From the appearance of the ground, it seems that some graves have been lost over the years. 39 graves are identified by some type of headstone and there is one person known to be buried here that does not have aheadstone. The cemetery is fenced and well maintained. The gate is in the North west corner
