Memorial for Inez BARNARD, 91, of Champaign, Ill., are being held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith, Ark. Cremation was under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith. Mrs. BARNARD died Thursday, Dec. 27, 2007, in a local nursing home.Survivors include two daughters, Alberta and Cathy; one son, Bob; three sisters, Luvene, Charlene, and Peggy; brother, J.W.; 11 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mary Katherine BIGGS, 81, of Fort Smith, Ark., are being held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the First Church of the Nazarene in Fort Smith. Burial is in the Vian Garden of Memories, under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel of Fort Smith. Mrs. BIGGS was born Oct. 2, 1926, in Kerrville, Texas. She died Sunday, Dec. 30, 2007, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include one daughter, Kathy; one son, Kenny; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley BIGGS.

Graveside services for James "Hunkie" CRUTCHFIELD, 66, of Sallisaw, were held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw with Rev. Jerry Green officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. CRUTCHFIELD was born March 23, 1941, in Sallisaw, to William Robert "Bill" CRUTCHFIELD and Georgia (FROST) CRUTCHFIELD. He died Saturday, Dec. 29, 2007, in Sallisaw. Survivors include one daughter, Dee; one son, Ray; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, Saundra; and several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Billie CRUTCHFIELD.

Graveside services for Anthony James HALL, an infant, are being held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the White Cemetery in Gore, under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls. He was born Dec. 19, 2007, to Shelbee BOHANNON and John HALL. He died Saturday, Dec. 29, 2007, in Tulsa. Survivors include his parents, Shelbee BOHANNAN and John HALL; grandparents, Michelle BEARDEN, William BOHANNAN and Thelma HALL; and great-granparents, Wayne and Pearl BOHANNAN, David and Vickey FRANKLIN.

Burial was in the San Bois Cemetery, in Kinta, under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel of Fort Smith, Ark. Mrs. HARP was born Sept. 11, 1956, in Fort Smith. She died Friday, Dec. 28, 2007, in a local hospital. Survivors include her husband, William HARP of the home; three daughters, Elizabeth, Gayla, and Paula; two sons, Joe and Kevin; two sisters, Betty and Diane; two brothers, Harvey and Roy; and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services for Danny Dale KLING, 70, of Roland, are being held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Agent Chapel in Muldrow with Rev. Braxton Bigot officiating. Burial was in Roland City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mr. KLING was born April 19, 1937, in Fort Smith, Ark., to James Charlie KLING and Stella May (CROWDER) KLING. He died Monday, Dec. 31, 2007, in Fort Smith. He married Betty Ann BIVENS, Sept. 26, 1959, in Fort Smith. Survivors include his wife, Betty, of the home; three daughters, Lisa and her husband, David, Teresa and her husband, Scott, and Cindy and her husband, Farrell; one son, Danny, Jr.; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, Billie Jean; and one brother, Ray V.. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Rosary for Rosemary MEYERS, 57, of Fort Smith, Ark., was said at 7 p.m., Sunday, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Mass was held Monday at 11:00 a.m. in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial was in the Holy Cross Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home of Fort Smith. Mrs. MEYERS died Friday, Dec. 28, 2007, in Fort Smith. Survivors include her husband of 33 years, Pat MEYERS of Fort Smith; one son, Ryan; one step-daughter, Patti and her husband, Bill; one sister, Fran and her husband, Randy; one brother, Paul and his wife, Linda; one granddaughter; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Hazel Hubler WARREN, 67, were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Brooks Cawhorn Gymnasium in Gore. Burial was in the Garden of Memories Cemetery, in Vian, under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls. Mrs. WARREN was born May 21, 1940, in Gum Springs, to Peter Penrose HUBLER, Sr. and Ella Josephine (POWELL) HUBLER. She died Thursday, Dec. 27, 2007. Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Lewis; two sons, Bob and his fiance, Nada, and Josh and Lalia; two daughters, Cheryl and Beverly and Brooks; 12 grandchildren;; seven great-grandchildren; four sisters, Anna Mae, Josie, Mary, and Frances; six brothers, Penrose, Doug, Lynn, Frank, Parley and John.  She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, George HUBLER, and one great-granddaughter, Elizabeth LOWE.

Survivors include one sister, Lucille; two brothers, William "Bill" and Ray H.; and one step-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mose Oliver PARRIS and Prude (HOWELL) PARRIS, one sister, Inez PARRIS PATTERSON, one brother, Claude PARRIS and her husband, H.F. "Red" BOX and step-daughter, Ruby Sue GANN.

Burial was in Gum Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw. She was born Dec. 7, 1986, in Fort Ord, Calif., to Leon Ray FROST and Roberta Lynn (GREENE) FROST. She died Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2008, in Arkoma. Survivors include one daughter, Heaven Leigh; two sisters, Sabrina and Amanda; one brother, Sheridan; parents, Leon FROST and Roberta GREENE; and grandparents, Gloria SANDERS, Al FARMER, and George JONES and Ula GREENE. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Helen JONES and Carl FROST.

Funeral services for John Coleman HARRIS, 88, of Charleston, Ark., were held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Cornestone Free Will Baptist Church in Bloomer, Ark. Burial was in Morris Cemetery, in Bloomer, under the direction of Brotherton Brothers Funeral Home of Charleston. Mr. HARRIS was born March 12, 1919, in Ursula, Ark. He died Monday, Dec. 31, 2007. Survivors include his wife, Audra of the home; one daughter, Nancy; two step-daughters, Linda and Wilma; one step-son, Roger; two grandchildren, including Lacey Anne; eight step-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and 14 step-great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his first wife, Allie LaVerne Meredith HARRIS.

Mr. HENSON was born Aug. 6, 1922, in Corbin, Ken., to Alex Curtis HENSON, Jr. and Audi (EARLS) HENSON. He died Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2008, in Denver, Colo. Mrs. BRIDGES was born March 23, 1923, in Tulsa County, to Sherman and Viola (SHELTON) WELLS. She died Jan. 7, 2008. Survivors include one brother, J. B.; nine children; 22 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, of 36 years, James W. "Buster" BRIDGES, her brothers, Ben WELLS and Sherman WELLS and her granddaughter, Linzie WELLS.

He married Jennie Ruth STIMSON, Jan. 14, 1945, in Van Buren, Ark.  Survivors include his wife, Jennie of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and William; six sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Judy, David and Leona, Harlan and Rhonda, Vic and Juanell, Randy, and Danny and Cynthia; four sisters, Lorene, Janniece, Paulene and Willis; 18 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Joe Denny McVEY, 65, of Muldrow, died on Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2008, in Muldrow. No formal service is planned and cremation is under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. McVEY was born June 2, 1942, in Downey, Calif., to Ira Denny McVEY and Lucile SIMPSON. He died Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2008, in Muldrow. Survivors include two sons, Chris and Kevin David; two brothers, Wayne and Stanley; and several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

She died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2008, in Sapulpa. Survivors include one sister, June; one aunt, Mildred; and several other relatives including her cousins, Zelma, Janice and Mike. She was preceded in death by her parents.

He married Thelma Lois RICHARDSON, Oct. 19, 1947, in Tipton. (GRUNOW) RUSH. He died Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2008, in Marble City. He married Louella KENNEDY, Dec. 28, 1963, in Goodyear, Ariz. Survivors include his wife, Louella of the home; seven children, Sheralann and her husband, Arman, Jerry and his wife, Valorie, Eddie Warren, Ronice and her husband, Bobby, Derick Allen, Britanie Ledawn and Rick; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Robert and his wife, Terry; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. She died Monday, Jan. 7, 2008, in Canoga Park, Calif. Survivors include one daughter, Dorothy; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Vernon SEIFERT.

STOVALL and Susie Catherine (JOHNSON) STOVALL. She died Friday, Jan. 11, 2008, in Fort Smith, Ark. She married Roland BUGHER, July 5, 1951, in Fort Smith.  Survivors include one daughter, Sandra; two granddaughters; six great-grandchildren; one niece, Marie and her husband, John; one great-niece; one great-nephew; two great-great-nieces; four great-great-great-nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, in 1968 and her parents.

He was born Jan. 24, 2008, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Andrew Shane EDWARDS and Amy Faye (STANDIGE) EDWARDS. He died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2008, in Fort Smith. Survivors include his parents, Andrew and Amy EDWARDS of Muldrow; grandparents, Zach and Judy STANDIGE, Terry EDWARDS, and Ron EDWARDS; great-grandmother, Geraldine HELTON; aunts, Andrea, Meghan, Amanda, Allison, Nicole and Amber; uncles, Jeff, Joshua , Jeramie, Kyler, Thomas, and Brandon; and several cousins and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Frank and Dorothy STANDIGE, Arthur SHUFF, Lewis HELTON and Otis EDWARDS and three cousins, Jason Colin DEETER, Jack Edward DEETER, III and Bobby Joe HARRINGTON, Jr.

Nathan GRAHAM, 86, of Oklahoma City, died Sunday, Jan. 27, 2008, in Oklahoma City. No formal service is planned and cremation is under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. GRAHAM was born Nov. 17, 1921, in Driggs, Ark., to Daniel Boone GRAHAM and Zelphia Aslee (FAIRBANKS) GRAHAM. He married Mary Ellen ANDRESS in 1964, in Michigan. She preceded him in death, Sept. 18, 2002, in Sallisaw. Survivors include six children, Peter William, Mary Josephine, Frances Margaret, Ann Judith, Michael Lynn and Nathan David.

Funeral services for Pauline Theodocia PINSON, 92, of Fort Smith, Ark., are being held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren, Ark. Burial is in Mt. McCurry Cemetery, in Rudy, Ark., under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren. Mrs. PINSON died Saturday, Jan. 26, 2008, in a local hospital. Survivors include her niece, Kelley HELMS of Barling, Ark.; great-niece, Crystal; great-nephew, Phillip; great-great-nephews, Landon and Gavin; and sister-in-law, Grace. She was preceded in death by her parents, Riley and Annie (BALLENTINE) PINSON, one sister, Beulah PINSON and one brother, Richard PINSON.

Funeral services for Homer L. SHOCKEY, 65, of Sallisaw, were held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Immanuel Baptist Church in Sallisaw with Revs. Gary Mullen and Tommy Parker officiating. Burial was in Muldrow Memory Garden, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. SHOCKEY was born Aug. 18, 1942, in Earlsboro, to Grover Cleveland SHOCKEY and Stella Mae (HAARRIS) SHOCKEY. He died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2008, in Sallisaw. He married Doris Jean HOLMES, Dec. 27, 1970, in Stilwell. Survivors include his wife, Doris of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law, Carla and David, Vicki and Jeremy; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Darren, and Doug and Susan; two sisters, Jennie and Norma; one brother, J.C.; two brothers-in-law, Raymond and Larry; mother-in-law, Maxine HOLMES; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by one son, Darrell SHOCKEY, one grandson, Derek SHOCKEY and one sister, Geraldine TOMLIN.

Funeral services for Norman Louis WILLIAMS, Sr., 73, of Fort Smith, Ark., were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the St. James Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Stark officiating, under the direction of Rowell-Parish Mortuary of Fort Smith. Mr. WILLIAMS was born Feb. 8, 1934, in Charleston, Ark., to Castle WILLIAMS and Geraldine (FERGUSON) WILLIAMS. He died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2008, in Fort Smith. Survivors include daughters, Rhonda and Delores; sons, Marvin, Norman Jr., Sidney and Terrence; sisters, Faye and Dollene and Castleline; brothers, Charles and Gary; 17 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his wife, Wanda Aileen COLE WILLIAMS.
