Funeral services for Harold Junior FIELDS, 74, if Muldrow were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Moffett Full Gospel Church with the Rev. Wayne Hall officiating. Burial was at Buffington Cemetery in Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mr. FIELDS was born on Nov. 15, 1936, in Castlewood, Va., to James Alfred FIELDS and Eliza BELCHER.. He died on Thursday, May 26, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include three daughters, Kathy, Sheila, and Raven; three sons, Kyle, Walter, and Harold; one sister, Edith; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Graveside services for Mable Rose Fine HUMPHREY, 97, of Sallisaw were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Akins Cemetery northeast of Sallisaw with the Rev. Monroe Lowrimore officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. HUMPHREY was born on Dec. 3, 1913, in Sloans Chapel to William Henry FINE and Flora Ida (Cheek) “Daisy” FINE. She died on Saturday, May 28, 2011, in Sallisaw. She married Felix Ivan “Buster” HUMPHREY on Oct. 13, 1932, in Fort Smith, Ark. He preceded her in death on Sept. 6, 1975, in Sallisaw. Survivors include two daughters, Mary and Patricia; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one sister, Gladys; one brother, Billie; two sisters-in-law, Madeline and Barbara; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one son, Dr. Joe HUMPHREY, one great-grandchild, John Michael GORE, four sisters, India, Madge, Joy and Mary Hope and five brothers, Noel, Joel, Dale, Charles and Jack.

Memorial services for Elizabeth Jannell PITTS, 51, of Sallisaw will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 4, 2011, at the Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw with Rev. Joey Potts, Rev. Mike Glass and Rev. James Jones officiating. Cremation is under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Ms. PITTS was born on Aug. 13, 1959, in Waco, Texas to Stanley and Evelyn (GUNTER) PITTS. She died on Saturday, May 29, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include one daughter, Jessica and husband Aaron; one son, Jonathon; one sister, Joey; three brothers, Bruce, Larry and Gary; and one granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and one aunt.

Funeral services for Edna Willene JACOBS-SANDERS, 87, of Sallisaw, formerly of Muldrow were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Agent Chapel in Muldrow with the Rev. Bill Adcock officiating. Burial was at Muldrow Memory Garden Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mrs. SANDERS was born on Nov. 19, 1923, in Gans to Ed STIMSON and Della (GIBSON) STIMSON PENDERGRASS. She died on Thursday, May 26, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark. She married George William SANDERS on Sept. 6, 1999, in Fort Smith. Survivors include her husband, George of the home; one son, Aubrey Dale; one sister, Jennie; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, one grandson, two sisters, Ava and Lola and one brother, Charles.

Funeral services for Eugene WOOD, 87, of Roland are being held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the First Baptist Church in Roland with Bro. Brian Shepard and Bro. Wayne Efurd officiating. Burial is at the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Ark., under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mr. WOOD was born on July 16, 1923, in Roland, to Robert L. Wood and Choral (SMITH) WOOD. He died on Monday, May 30, 2011, in Fort Smith. He married Laverne ASHTON on Aug. 10, 1947, in Manhattan, Kan. She preceded him in death on July 18, 2006. Survivors include two daughters, Marlene and Jeanette; one son, Monte; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by his parents, one sister and brother-in-law, Helen and Jesse ROGERS, and one nephew.

Funeral services for Lou Jane GRIGSBY WOOD, 85, of Sallisaw are being held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Oakridge Assembly of God Church in Sallisaw with the Rev. Gary Mullen officiating. Burial is at Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. WOOD was born on Sept. 7, 1925, in Russellville, Ark., to Homer D. GRIGSBY and Anna Bell (GROSS) GRIGSBY. She died on Monday, May 30, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark. She married Lonnie B. WOOD on Feb. 13, 1943, in Russellville. He preceded her in death on June 9, 1975. Survivors include four daughters, Mary, Sharon, Jana and Diana; one son, Robert; five brothers, Dean, Joe, Charles, Bobby and Jerry; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Reba LOYD.

David “Hoss” BOSTIC of Wagoner was born on Jan. 13, 1939, in Coolidge, Ariz., to Ed and Ruby (PLUNK) BOSTIC and passed away Sunday, May 29, 2011, in Tulsa. He is survived by his wife, Shirley; one daughter, Arletta; five sons, Tim and wife Jonetta, Randy and wife Angela, Jay and wife Wendy, Joe , and Jere; one sister, Neoma; two brothers, Hyman and wife Thelma, and Glen and wife Mary Ellen; 17 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was a member of Crossroads Community Church. He loved to golf and was a member of Pryor Creek Golf Club. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Mallory-Martin Chapel with the Rev. Gary Woodson officiating. Burial followed at Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

Leroy Joseph BOURGEOIS Jr., 63, of Gans died on Wednesday, June 1, 2011, in Fayetteville, Ark. He was born on May 24, 1948, in Biloxi, Miss., to Leroy J. and Hilda Mae (AUCOIN) BOURGEOIS. Arrangements were under the direction of Nelson-Berna Funeral Home and Crematory of Fayetteville. He is survived by his wife, Donna BOURGEOIS of the home; one daughter, Michel; one son, Michael; two brothers, Ronald and Don; his mother; and 10 grandchildren.

Cremation was under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mrs. CHAPMAN was born on July 30, 1964, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Charles WILBANKS Jr., and Reba Ann (WEAVER) WILBANKS. She died on Sunday, June 5, 2011, in Muldrow. She married Roger Dale CHAPMAN on May 12, 1983, in Muldrow. Survivors include her husband, Roger of the home; one daughter, Jenna; one son, Josh; three sisters, Lisa, Teresa, and Linda; two brothers, Charles and Andy; one grandchild; ands several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Emma J. FISHBURN of Sallisaw was born on Aug. 1, 1919, in Lewistown, Mont., to Felix and Anna (PLOVONIC) JERBIC and passed away Friday, June 3, 2011, in Sallisaw at the age of 91. Survivors include one daughter, Valerie and husband, Harold; one son, Anthony “Tony”; one sister, Rosie; six grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Elvin and three sisters, Eva, Ann and Mary. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw with the Rev. Vernon Stone officiating. Burial followed at Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

Graveside services for Rebecca Jo “Ejog” GRASS are being held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Redbird Smith Cemetery, north of Vian with the Rev. Frankie Studie and Manny King officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. She was born on Nov. 30, 1975, in Tahlequah to Tommy Lee GRASS and Geneva Darlene (SMITH) GRASS. She died on Sunday, June 5, 2011, in Oklahoma City. Survivors include her husband, Michael TOMAH of the home; one son, William Edward; her parents; one sister, Regina “Uste”; one brother, Uriah L.; and several other family members and friends.

Survivors include her husband, Kenneth of the home; two daughters, Jodie, and Marlana; one son, Kenneth David Jr.,; one sister, Shauna; two brothers, Jim, and Marvin; her mother; her father; and several other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by one daughter, April Sue ROBERSON.

Mr. McGUIRE was born on June 3, 1963, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Chester McGUIRE and Juanita (HUGGINS) McGUIRE. He died on Monday, June 6, 2011, in Fort Smith. He married Marsha Ann WIERSEMA on Oct. 10, 1998, in Fort Smith. Survivors include his wife, Marsha McGUIRE of the home; two daughters, Misty, and Tervonne; two sons, Chester and James ; one sister, Connie; six brothers, Albert, Jackie, Richard, Charley, Dickie, and Tony; and several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Doria HANEY and five brothers, Bobby, J.B., Earl Ray, Everett Lee and Alfred McGUIRE.

Graveside services for Ellen Brown ORSBURN, 85, of Muldrow were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Upper Camp Creek Cemetery, north of Muldrow with the Rev. Al Ruckman officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mrs. ORSBURN was born on March 17, 1926, in Maple to Henry DAVIS and Thena (BOLIN) DAVIS TOLLETTE. She died on Monday, June 6, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl BROWN and her parents.

Funeral services for Fred Albert WEST Sr., 78 of Broken Bow, Neb., were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Govier Brothers Chapel in Broken Bow. Burial followed at Broken Bow Cemetery. Mr. WEST was born on July 19, 1932, in Broken Bow to Perley and Mary (NORTHEY) WEST. He died on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 in Broken Bow. Survivors include three daughters, Jill, Eme and Susan; two sons, Fred Jr., and Randy; one brother, Bill; and one sister, Connie. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, P.J. WEST, Richard WEST and Jerry SITTLER.

Dr. John M. WEAVER passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2011, in his home in Georgetown, Texas, as a result of accidental carbon monoxide poisoning at the age of 88. John was born in Sallisaw on April 9, 1923, the only child of Harry and Ruth WEAVER. John met his first wife, Patricia Ann WARD, as a fellow graduate student at the University of Texas, Austin. Patricia Ann WEAVER predeceased John in June of 1957. John was then married to Velma MARR of St. Louis, Mo., until their divorce in 1981. John is also predeceased by his most recent wife, Betty Gene (DeBUSK) WEAVER. They married in August, 1982, and remained together until her death in June of last year. John is survived by his two children, Ruth Ann and John M. Jr.; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. He is also survived by Betty’s five children, Clint, Beret, Michelle, Melissa and Brook. The Ramsey Funeral Home of Georgetown was in charge of the arrangements. A memorial service was held at 11 a.m. on Sunday, June 5, 2011, at the San Gabriel Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in the Activity Center of Sun City, Texas.

Funeral services for John C. HOPE Jr., 63, of Sallisaw were held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel in Childress, Texas. Burial was at Childress Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home of Childress. Mr. HOPE was born on March 31, 1948, in Chattanooga, Tenn., to John and Ethel (HAWKINS) HOPE. He died on Sunday, June 5, 2011, in Cheyenne, Wyo. He married Darlene NIVENS on Sept. 11, 1994, in Nashville, Tenn. Survivors include his wife, Darlene HOPE of Sallisaw; two daughters, Johnann and husband, Chuck, and JoAnne; two sons, Jason and Michael and wife, Leslie; one brother, Billy Wayne; four sisters, Judy, Joan, Becky and Lisa Ann; and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and two grandchildren.

Graveside services for Lesola Cherry VAUGHN, 74, of Muldrow were held at 10 a.m. Friday at the National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Ark., with the Rev. Vernon Stone officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. Vaughn was born on July 26, 1936, in Redland to Louis CHERRY and Minnie Mae (WAGES) CHERRY. She died on Sunday, June 5, 2011, in Fort Smith. She married Carl Early VAUGHN on April 9, 1956, in Muskogee. He preceded her in death on April 16, 2000. Survivors include three daughters, Angela, Beverly and Carla; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Capnola; and several other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Wade and Lloyd CHERRY.

Burial was at Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. BANE was born on Nov. 8, 1925, in Oakland, Iowa to John Y. BANE and Ruth (SETZ) BANE. He died on Thursday, June 9, 2011, in Tulsa. He married Betty Louise ORCHARD on Feb. 28, 1948, in Omaha, Neb. She preceded him in death on April 11, 2008. Survivors include two sons, Paul and Mark; one brother Bill; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several other family members and friends. He was also preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services for Betty Lou BRUMNLEY, 80, of Sallisaw were held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw with the Revs. Danny Brumley and Chris Armer officiating. Burial was at Box Cemetery, north of Vian under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. BRUMNLEY was born on Feb. 15, 1931, in Morrilton, Mo., to Moses WASHBURN and Emma (HICKENBOTTAM) WASHBURN. She died on Thursday, June 9, 2011, in Stilwell. She married Albert E. BRUMNLEY Sr., on Dec. 2, 1950, in Maplewood, Mo. Survivors include her husband, Albert of the home; one daughter, Debbie; one son, Albert; one sister, Charlotte.; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Alberta GONZALES and one granddaughter.

Burial is at Box Cemetery in Vian under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. DAVIS was born on Aug. 24, 1946, in Muskogee to Calvert “Cab” KIRK and Jackie (McCOLLUM) KIRK. She died on Sunday, June 12, 2011, in Vian. She married Charles Steve DAVIS on Feb. 25, 1974, in Wagoner. Survivors include her husband, Charles DAVIS of the home; three daughters, Shelley, Tammy, and Paula; one son, Lt. Steve P.; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; her mother; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Catherine and Orlin, and Mary; two brothers, George and Jimmy; special friend, Pat; and many other relatives and loved ones. She was preceded in death by her father.

Loyce Fredrick GREEN of Gore was born on March 7, 1934, in Lake Wilson, Minn., to Fred and Mary (Bliss) GREEN and passed away Monday, June 13, 2011, in Tulsa at the age of 77. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Norma Jean of the home; one son, Rod and wife, Anita; two daughters, Rhonda and husband, Dennis, and Kathi and husband, Chris; two brothers, Homer and wife, Sheryl, and Bud and wife, Susan; one sister, Marylyn and husband, Hans; five grandchildren one aunt, Evelyn and husband, Walter; and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services are being held at 10 a.m. Friday at Blackgum Harvestime Church with the Rev. Chris Armer and the Rev. Phil Tally officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa at 2:30 p.m. under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw. The family will visit with family and friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Funeral services for Charles Edward PHILLIPS, 77, are being held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Moore’s Southlawn Chapel in Tulsa. Mr. PHILLIPS died on Sunday, June 12, 2011, in Broken Arrow.

Burial was at Brushy Cemetery in Sallisaw under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. PHILPOT was born on June 9, 1953, in Fort Smith, Ark., to George Lindsey and Maggie (EAGLE) MORRISON. She died on Thursday, June 9, 2011, in Fort Smith. Survivors include her husband, Fred of the home; one daughter, Lee Ann; one sister, Wanda; one brother, Eugene; her mother; and several other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her father and stepfather, Roland MILLER.

Funeral services for Lucky PLANK, 76, of Muldrow were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Mineral Springs Baptist Church in Muldrow with Tonya Dyer, Mike Fields and Randy Farmer officiating. Burial was at Blackjack Cemetery in Muldrow under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mr. PLANK was born on July 25, 1934, in Muldrow to Jess PLANK and Lola (DAVIS) PLANK. He died on Friday, June 10, 2011. He married Mary Catherine FREDERICK on July 24, 1968, in Harrison, Ark. Survivors include his wife, Mary PLANK of the home; two daughters, Tammy and Lisa; one stepson, Cary Don; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Wanda PLANK PRATT ASHER, seven brothers, Trueman, Leon, Alfred, Louis, Billy Joe, Buddy and Bobby Jack PLANK and one granddaughter.

Graveside services for Harvey Lee BARNETT Jr., 45, of Sallisaw were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Sallisaw City Cemetery with the family officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. BARNETT was born on May 13, 1966, in Van Buren, Ark., to Harvey Lee BARNETT Sr. and Roxie Ann Ross HOFFMAN. He died on Thursday, June 9, 2011, in Muskogee. Survivors include one daughter, Anna; one son, Aaron; his mother; one sister, Tina; two brothers, Robert and Andrew; and three grandchildren.

Kenneth Louis BRANNON, 68, of Gans, Oklahoma passed away June 15, 2011 in Ft Smith Arkansas. He was born October 24, 1942 in Gans, the son of Louise Thomas BRANNON and Ruby May ROGERS BRANNON. He was married to Shirley Lucille McKINNEY BRANNON on Dec 8, 1991 in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Survivors are: wife: Shirley of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law; Kenneth Wayne and Gina,  and Kevin Ray and Jennifer; one step-daughter,  Dana; six grandchildren; one sister, Mary; two brothers, Jim and Jody; two nieces, two nephews, , several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Services will be held Friday June 17, 2011 at 10 am at Gans Assembly of God Church with Rev. Harold McKeehen, Mr Doug Harvell and Rev Shaw Money officiating. Burial will be held at Gans Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Ronnie Lee CAMPBELL, 66, of Sallisaw was born on June 2, 1945, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Jack P. CAMPBELL and Vera M. (JACKSON) CAMPBELL. He died on Wednesday, June 15, 2011, in Sallisaw. No formal service is planned at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Survivors include two sons, Mark P. and James David; five brothers, Bobby Jack, Richard, Larry, Douglas, and Roger; four grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Patricia Ann COOK and one brother, Jerry Wayne CAMPBELL.

Bill CHOATE, 79, of Marble City passed away at his home on Wednesday, June 15, 2011. Mr. CHOATE was born May 6, 1932, in Sadie to Jim and Flora CHOATE. He married Eula CALHOUN on Aug. 6, 1953, in Sallisaw. Survivors are his wife of 57 years, Eula CHOATE of the home; two daughters and one son-in-law, Lavonne and James, and Sheila; four sons and two daughters-in-law, Billy and Susie, Watie, and Leslie, and Kelley and Lisa; three granddaughters he raised, April, Amanda and Jaela; six other grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Bernice, Linda and Mozelle; and one brother, Jack. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Latricia “Punkin” CHOATE, one great-grandson, Derick “Rhett” COTTRELL, his parents, one sister and two brothers. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Calvary Temple Church in Sallisaw with the Rev. Stanley Cottrell officiating. Burial will follow at Choate Cemetery in Marble City under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

Mr. CHUCULATE was born on Aug. 7, 1943, in Tahlequah to Levi CHUCULATE and Lila JUMPER CHUCULATE. He died on Thursday, June 16, 2011, in Vian. He married Terry Susan CAMPBELL on Jan. 2, 1998, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include his wife, Terry CHUCULATE of the home; one son, Keith; one sister, Linda; one brother, John E.; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Laurie CHUCULATE, his parents and three brothers, Leroy CHUCULATE, Johnny CHUCULATE and Denny FRYE.

Services for James Doyle WILLIAMSON, 62, of Vian are being held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the home of Shannon Smith located at Rt. 1 Box 5 in Gore. The family will officiate under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. WILLIAMSON was born on Jan. 22, 1949, in Bakersfield, Calif., to Ollie Donie WILLIAMSON and Geneva Nellie (AVANTS) WILLIAMSON. He died on Wednesday, June 15, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark. He married Ethel Mae CHAMPLIN on July 19, 1980, in Long Beach, Calif. Survivors include his wife, Ethel WILLIAMSON of the home; four daughters, Shannon, Jamie, Stacy and Leslie; two sons, Doug and Blake; one brother, Thomas; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, JoAnn and Mary, five brothers, Bobby, Kenny, Fred, Larry and Stevie, and three grandchildren.

Funeral services for Frances Caroline  HOUSE "Fran" FARGO, 64, of Bartlesville were held at the chapel ofthe Neckamp-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Bartlesville. Burial was at Memorial Park Cemetery in Bartlesville under  the dirctionof Neckamp-Luginbuel Funeral Home at Bartlesville.   Mrs FARGO was born on May 16, 1947, in Sallisaw to Sam  HOUSE and Edna M (SITTINGDOWN0 HOUSE. Slhe died on Saturday, June 18, 2011.  Survivors include a  daughter  Robin and husband, Jack; siblings, Patricia, Lena  Mae,  Pamela, Donald, Brenda, Linda,  and Kenneth; the father of her children, Billy John  FARGO;  several grandchildren; one great  grandson;  and numerouse nieces, nephews,  and other relatives and friends.   She was preceded in death  by her parents, sister Loreta GAMBLE, brother, Thaduse  HOUSE and an infant sister, Lillie  HOUSE.  

Sophronia Dee McCOY LESSLEY was born on Sept. 14, 1936, in the little community of Evening Shade in Sequoyah County, to Levi and Irene (DOTSON) McCOY. She married Paul Dean LESSLEY Sept. 11, 1954, in the home of his grandparents, Hooper and Ressie PARSONS of Sallisaw. She is survived by her husband, Paul; one son, Gregory Paul and wife, Jodi; two grandchildren; her mother, Irene FISCHER; a sister, Sharron; a sister-in-law, Pat; and nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Levi and her grandparents and a daughter-in-law, Jamie. No services are planned.

Funeral services for Dale Robert LUCREZI, 53, of Sallisaw were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw with Dave Lauderbaugh officiating. Burial was at the National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Ark., under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. LUCREZI was born on July 28, 1957, in Palmdale, Calif., to Robert E. and Erma L. (SMITH) LUCREZI. He died on Wednesday, June 15, 2011, in Sallisaw. Survivors include his wife, Lori of the home; two sons, Jason, and Wes and his wife, Holly; and his parents, of California.

Graveside services for Wanda LINDSEY MADISON, 65, of Harrah are being held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. MADISON was born on Nov. 19, 1945, in Taft, Calif., to Benjamin LINDSEY and Hazel (TEAGUE) LINDSEY. She died on Monday, June 20, 2011, in Harrah. Survivors include one daughter, Deborah; two sons, Danny, and Steven; one sister, Gardenia; one brother, Wayne; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Lonnie STORY and two brothers, Benjamin LINDSEY and Claude LINDSEY.

Lona Mae QUALLS of Muldrow was born on July 11, 1929, in Fort Smith, Ark., to the Rev. William Andrew and Gertrude Geneva (SNYDER) VILES, and passed away Monday, June 20, 2011, in Fort Smith at the age of 81. She is survived by, seven sons, Richard and wife, Shirley, and Dale and wife, Bobbi, Andy , and Stephen and wife, Cheryl, Tommy and wife, Sharon, and Tarry and wife, Crystal, and Larry; one sister, Ona Bellé and husband, George; one brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Troy and Mickey; 24 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, the Rev. Raymond QUALLS, one daughter, Carolyn QUALLS, one sister, Elizabeth VILES and one brother, the Rev. Oma VILES. Funeral services are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Eastside Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. Curtis Bias, Rev. Anthony Williams, Rev. Jerry Copeland and Rev. Tommy Qualls officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Cemetery under the direction of the Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

Graveside services for Bessie June BROWN, 83, of Sallisaw will be held at 11 am Monday at Rocky Point Cemetery, north of Sallisaw, with the Rev Thomas Corrigan officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. BROWN was born on June 27, 1927, in Sallisaw to Clyde V WOODS and Jewell (HARRIS) WOODS. She died on Wednesday, June 22, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark. She married William J R BROWN on Oct  25, 1945, in Bakersfield, Calif. He preceded her in death on March 16, 1987. Survivors include two sons, Don and Bill; three daughters, Gail, Pattie and Cathy; one brother, Tom Jr., nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one son, Jerry BROWN. her parents, and two sisters, Rose WHEELER and Loreda SOUTHERN.

Graveside services for Wanda Jean HOYLE, 82, of Vian were held at 10 a.m. Friday at Akins Cemetery, north of Sallisaw with the Revs. Tommy Shropshire and Anthony England officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. HOYLE was born on May 20, 1929, in Howe to Bud HARRIS and Elizabeth TURNER. She died on Tuesday, June 21, 2011, in Vian. Survivors include eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob HOYLE, one daughter, Lanai MAYO, two sons, Steve and David FRASIER and her parents.

Jerrell Wayne JOHNSON, 62, of Sallisaw died on Monday, June 20, 2011, at Sequoyah Memorial Hospital in Sallisaw. He was born on Sept. 4, 1948, at Santa Clara, Calif., the son of J.W. and Lucille (GALLIMORE) JOHNSON. He is survived by two daughters, Jennifer L., and Dana and her husband, Kevin; his parents, J.W. JOHNSON and Lucille JOHNSON; two sisters, Margaret, and Ramona and her husband, Waylon Jr.; two brothers, Therrell and James “Terry"; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Moore’s Chapel in Fayetteville and interment was at Baptist Ford Cemetery.

Burial is at Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. REMY was born on May 24, 1921, in Shady Point to Anderson REMY and Rue (WRIGHT) REMY. He died on Wednesday, June 22, 2011, in Sallisaw. He married Janice PALMER on May 27, 1942, in Sallisaw. Survivors include his wife Janice REMY of the home; two daughters, Julia, and Susan; one son, Tony; four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mary, and Francis; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Jim REMY, three sisters and three brothers.

Mr. SIMPSON was born on April 12, 1947, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Edward Ruben and Charlene (STROUD) SIMPSON. He died on Wednesday, June 22, 2011, in Muldrow. Survivors include one daughter, Beverly and husband, Roy; three sons, Donald W. II, Larry D. and wife, Joann, and Dennis Dale and wife, Christy; two sisters, Minniemay and Nancy; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Patsy (CREASY) SIMPSON, one son, Thomas Ruben SIMPSON, one sister, Debbie MINKS, and two brothers, Thomas Ruben SIMPSON and Edward SIMPSON.

Burial is at Brent Cemetery, south of Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. SMITH was born on Aug. 22, 1915, in Gans to Wesley FOYIL and Vada (KILGORE) FOYIL. She died on Tuesday, June 21, 2011, in Sallisaw. She married Corbett D. SMITH on Jan. 15, 1933, in Gans. He preceded her in death on Nov. 4, 1977. Survivors include two sons, Ethard and James “Hork”; two sisters, Alice and Hazel; one brother, Kenneth; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Patsy Ruth JONES, two sisters, Della SPRINGWATER and Edith ROGERS and three brothers, Eugene, William and Eulas FOYIL.

Mildred Annabelle BROWN of Sallisaw was born on Aug. 25, 1932, in Lavaca, Ark., to Grover C. and Lula Belle (HAYNES) HUNTER and passed away Friday, June 24, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark., at the age of 78. She is survived by four daughters, Shirley and husband, Jim, Joyce and husband, Dennis, Jeanie and husband, Ronnie, and Margie and husband, Don; one son, Buddy; two sisters, Olivia and Margie Ruth; one brother, Jim; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, six brothers and five sisters. Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Monday at Liberty Cemetery with Ed O’Neal and Anthony McKinney officiating under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

Frankie B. CALLOWAY was born on Sept. 15, 1920, in Jennings to Lucy PASCO and L.A. PASCOE. She passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2011, after a brief illness. She married Andy B. CALLOWAY on May 21, 1948, in Tahlequah. She is survived by her son, Jim and his wife, Terri;  one grandson; and her sister, Bobbye. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her sister, Fern DOOLEY and her brothers, Al PASCOE and L.A. PASCOE Jr. Services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Vian Baptist Church with Mr. Jim Murphy officiating. Burial was at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Vian under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

Funeral services for Lola Mary TERRELL MANNON, 77, of Broken Arrow were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Lighthouse Tabernacle in Gore with the Rev. Cleatis Jones and Kenneth Byrd officiating. Burial was at Stevenson Cemetery, north of Gore, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. MANNON was born on Nov. 3, 1933, in Gore to Leonard TERRELL and Ortha (OWENS) TERRELL. She died on Thursday, June 23, 2011, in Broken Arrow. She married Bill MANON on Oct. 3, 1950, in Muskogee. He preceded her in death on Jan. 29, 2008. Survivors include one daughter, Anita; one sister, Pat; one grandchild; and three great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Lois JONES and three brothers, Doyle, Albert and Leon TERRELL.

Graveside services for Wynona WALKINGSTICK PETERS, 92, of Sallisaw were held at 11 a.m. Monday at Sallisaw City Cemetery with the Rev. Vernon Stone officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. PETERS was born on Sept. 22, 1918, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Lewis WALKINGSTICK and Mamie (MOORE) WALKINGSTICK. She died on Thursday, June 23, 2011, in Sallisaw. She married Milton C. PETERS on Oct. 23, 1938. Survivors include her brother and sister-in-law, Louis and Charlene; stepgranddaughter, Amanda;  one niec; one nephew; and several other relatives and friends.She was preceded in death by her husband, one son, Albert Lewis PETERS, her parents, and two sisters, Mary Jane and Martha WALKINGSTICK.

Graveside services for Virgie SPARKS, 81, of Sallisaw were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Seabolt Cemetery, north of Muldrow, with the Rev. Jim Sparks officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. She was born on April 2, 1930, in Davison, Ark., to James Elmer SPARKS and Leona Mae (WORKMAN) SPARKS. She died on Friday, June 24, 2011, in Sallisaw. Survivors include one brother, Hayes “Buck”; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and four sisters.

James Edward SPEIR was born on Sept. 10, 1947, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Patty L. (SNIDER) and James L. SPEIR Jr. He passed away Sunday, June 26, 2011, at the Claremore Veterans Center at the age of 63 years. Jim married Teresa SCHMITT on Sept. 18, 1971, in Fort Smith.. He is survived by his wife, Teresa, of the home in Wagoner; his children, Eric E. and wife, Nicole, Deanna M. and husband, Neale, and Scott A.; four grandchildren; his mother; brother, Bob and wife Jackie; and sisters, Kathy and husband Jack, and Zenda and husband, Rick. Wake services were held at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Holy Cross Catholic Church with the funeral mass at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Military graveside services followed at noon at the National Cemetery in Fort Gibson. Arrangements and services are under the direction of Hersman-Nichols Funeral Home of Wagoner.
