The Baptist Church at Prairie Grove met June 27th, 1903

After preaching by Bro. BLAYLOCK, Pastor being absent. Bro. BLAYLOCK was chosen Moderator Pro Tem. Bro. Ed HUGHES and his wife Sister Jennie HUGHES were received into full fellowship by letter.

Committee appointed to see Sister CANTWELL reported that she promised to come to the church and make a statement on acknowledgement. Sister CANTWELL was absent, and a motion prevailed to defer further action until next meeting.

A letter from Bro. DOOLY offering his resignation as Pastor was then read by the clerk and, upon motion Bro. DOOLY'S resignation was accepted.

By motion, the church agreed to pay Bro. DOOLY one half of the amount of subscription for Pastor's salary when collected the remaining one half to go to the Pastor who succeeds him the remainder of the year.

By motion, the church then agreed to proceed to elect a Pastor. Resulting in the unanimous election of Bro. BLAYLOCK.

By motion, adjourned.
