Mose and Georgia Boatman

Mose and Georgia Boatman with their children, Bill (female), Vesta and Earl (youngest).  They moved from Berryville, Newton, Arkansas and settled in Bryan's Chapel (Boatman), OK  while Earl was still quite young (prior to 1910). Mose ran a general store. Grandad (Earl) said that many of the "old-timers" would come in and buy nails just to watch him (Earl) hammer them into the floor of the store. Mose and Georgia eventually settled in Mangum, OK.
