Katie School, Garvin County, OK
About 1910

In the enclosed picture, which I remember my mother saying was made at the Katie school, I can identify two people.    Name #1 - On the back row starting on the left and counting the teacher, the fifth person (in the white dress and just to the right of the first window) is my aunt, Margaret (Maggie) Irene FLETCHER (FRANKLIN).    Name #2 - The third person from Margaret to the right is my mother, Amanda (Mandie) Ella FLETCHER (COX) with scarf over her hair.    I have an uncle and two more aunts who were younger, but school age, however, if they are in the picture I am not able to identify them at this time.  There names are- Jasper Ferman FLETCHER, Clara Myrtle FLETCHER (HARPER) and Dora Bella FLETCHER (PEARCE, SMITH).   I hope this picture will mean something to someone else.
