She was born in Holdenville in 1918-one of the daughter's of Cypert and Mary Lena Wiggs

Evelyn Wiggs is in the second row from the bottom--fourth from the left.
Jeanette Wiggs is on one or the other side of Evelyn

If you want to update this picture, I can tell you the following:
 
My mother, Mary Ellen Branson, is in the second row from the front and is the second child on the right. She is wearing a dark dress with a printed collar and maybe some little pearl or something hanging from the collar.
 
Her sister, my aunt, is Nina Ruth Branson, and she is in the last or top row. She also is second from the left. She is wearing some kind of white dress with a dark tie.
 
Mary Ellen Branson was born Dec. 13 1916 in Holdenville, OK. Nina Ruth Branson was born 1914 in Holdenville OK. Their grandfather George Washington Edge had the Holdenville Bakery for a few years.
