Mr. and Mrs. Hershel Sykes are the proud parents of a baby boy born June 11. The baby was given the name, Jackie Lee.

Mrs. Emma Sykes went to Arkoma Thursday to visit her mother, Mrs. Nona Pipkins, who is ill.

Mrs. Edna Martindale made a business trip to Poteau Tuesday.

Mrs. Melvin Shelton and daughter, Norma Jean, of Hackett, were visiting in the Dunn home, Friday night and Saturday.

Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Parnell, were visiting Mr. and Mrs. R. D. Dunn, also Mr. and Mrs. L. P. Parnell, Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. K. A. McKenzie and daughter, Joy Ruth, were visiting Mr. and Mrs.  W. M. McKenzie, Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Ted Colemand and son, Teddie, were visiting Mrs. Julia Martin Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Perkins are the proud parents of a baby girl, who arrived Friday, June 13. The baby was named Ila Dean.

Mr. and Mrs. S. W. McDonald are the proud parents of an eight pound baby girl, born Monday, June 11.

Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Hough plan to leave the last of this week to visit Mrs. Hough's mother at Lubbock, Tex.
