Beulah O. Watts, 88, of Muldrow died Saturday, Sept. 20, 2003, in
Roland. She retired from Baldor in 1981 and was former owner and
operator of Watts Roofing Co., a homemaker, a member of Cottonwood
Freewill Baptist Church and the widow of Charles Watts. She was a
graduate of Muldrow High School and a star basketball player.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Cottonwood Freewill Baptist Church
with burial at Cottonwood Cemetery southeast of Muldrow under the
direction of Agent Funeral Home of Roland.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Harold and Sue Watts of
Muldrow; two sisters, Lois Russell of Spiro and Velma Leach of
Holtville, Calif.; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Frank Owens,
Dale and Anna Jo Owens and Willard and Lois Faye Owens, all of Muldrow;
four grandsons and spouses, Shannon and Delayna Watts, Shane and Brandi
Watts, Shawn and Valerie Watts and Rodney Watts; three
great-grandchildren, Ashlee, Drew and Payton; and several nieces and
nephews, including a special niece, Arletta Gist.
Pallbearers will be Jennings, Ronnie, M.L., Patrick and John David Owens
and Ricky Gist.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry Whitworth, Richard and Carl Owens,
Bobby and Steven Leach and David, Patrick and Richard Fields.
The body may be viewed from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
The family will visit with friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today.
