Dixie Kay Higgins Wiles, 67, of Petersburg, Tenn, formerly of Heavener, passed away Saturday, Sept. 27, 2003. She was a retired nurse with the Lincoln County school system and a member of the First Baptist Church in Petersburg, Tenn.

Survivors include her husband Dan Wiles; two sons, Mike Daniel Wiles and Stephen James Wiles, both of Huntsville, Ala.; one brother, Gary Higgins of Port Orchard, Wash.; and seven grandchildren.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1 at the Loving Baptist Church in Heavener. Burial will follow in Loving Cemetery at Heavener under the direction of Dowden Funeral Home of Heavener.
