Easter of Birmingham, Linda Wadsworth of R.I., and Teresa McFrancis of

NOTE: The obit did not mention Dugan being survived by
his children's mother, the former Betty Jean Bevill. She also was born and
raised in Shady Point and was married to Dugan for at least 25 years.
Like my mother, Donna Braddy Blakeney, who preceded her brother in death by
six months, Dugan loved his Oklahoma birthplace more than any other place on
earth. We miss them both dearly.
