STIGLER - Reba Lou Dunn, 81, of Stigler died Sunday, Aug. 18, 2002, in Stigler. She was the first director of Kibois Headstart Program, was instrumental in establishing the Headstart Program in Haskell, Latimer, Pittsburg and Leflore counties and was co-owner of Dunn Ford Company in Stigler. She was born Nov. 21, 1920, in Cauthron.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at First United Methodist Church in Stigler with burial at Oakland Cemetery in Poteau under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home of Stigler.
She is survived by her husband, Duke; a daughter, Linda Lee of Poteau; a son, Gary Dunn of Stigler; a brother, Jack Rogers of Oklahoma City; four grandchildren, Cale Dunn, Tori Edwards, both of Stigler, Alison Garrett and Aimee Baker, both of Poteau; three stepgrandchildren, Andy Lee of Tulsa, Margorie Moreland of Spring, Texas and Julie German of Klute, Texas; four great-grandchildren and three stepgreat-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Carroll Huggins, Thomas Conklin Jr., Wesley Shelton, Larry Godfrey, Johnnie Garland and Bill Cox.
