Carl Ray Fisk, 58, of McCurtain, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2002. He was born May 12, 1943 to Calvin and Gertie Arter Fisk.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Ruby Payne; and one brother, Timmy Glyn Fisk.
Survivors include his wife Paulette of the home; two daughters, Debbie Summers and Teresa Ritter; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Carl and Rick Ary of Quinton, Sue and Wayne Mayhall of McCurtain, Gail and James Mayhall of Arkoma and Sandy and Johnny Pemberton of Arkoma; six brothers and four sisters-in-law, Derrell and Bonita Fisk of Quinton, J.C. and Alice Fisk of Fort Smith, Donald and Sue Fisk of Bokoshe, Bobby and Janice Fisk of Cowlington, and Gary Fisk and Keith Fisk, both of Quinton; six grandchildren, Lakisha, Craig, Kegan, Brittany, Jessica and Justin.
Services were at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22 in Wildwood Church with the Rev. Marty Ford officiating. Burial was in Miners Cemetery under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Steve Baker, Albert Baker, Ronald Summers, Jerry Crase, Dean Bennett and Leroy Summers.
