Johnny Nixon MCCURTAIN - Johnny Nixon, 54, of McCurtain died Sunday, Aug. 11, 2002, in Poteau. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Wildwood Country Church with burial at Milton Cemetery in McCurtain under the direction of Mallory Home of Stigler. He is survived by his father Fred Nixon; five sisters, Lillie Cauthon and Irene Hudlow, both of McCurtain, Ruby Nixon of Wetumka, Okla., Judy Shipman of Agra, Okla., and Ruth Burkert of Van Buren; seven brothers, Ray, Norman, Donald and Henry Nixon, all of McCurtain, Willie Nixon of Spiro, Jimmy and Curtis Nixon, both of Muskogee. Pallbearers will be Foyl Ford, Bryan Burson, Freddie Roberts, Morris Murry, Ed Cullipher and Tim Johnson. Press Argus-Courier Johnny Nixon, 54, of McCurtain died Sunday, Aug. 11, 2002, in Poteau.
