B. C. Ball
SALLISAW - B. C. Ball, 75, of Sallisaw, formerly of Alma, died Friday, July 5, 2002, in a local hospital.
He was an ordained minister of the Pentecostal faith, a retired truck driver and an Army veteran of the Korean War.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Ocker Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Mount McCurry Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Hazel; four daughters, Anita Chambers of Vian, Beverly Beaver of Ozark, Debbie Bridges of Van Buren and Teresa Christie of Sallisaw; five sons, Jack Ball of Fort Smith, Ken and Bill Ball, both of Vian, Wes Ball of Phoenix, Ariz., and Eddie Ball of Hitchcock, Texas; two sisters, Pat Stewart of Fort Smith and Lucille Radley of Paris; a brother, George Ball of Madison, Wis.; and nine grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 19 great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Chris and Richard Chambers, Bobby Ball, Devlin Brown, Raymond Ingram and Richard Bridges.
