Dorothy Rowe
BLACKGUM, Okla. - Dorothy Priscilla Rowe, 86, of Blackgum died Aug. 15, 2002, in Sallisaw. She was a homemaker and a member of Blackgum Christian Union Church. She was the widow of Robert F. "Frank" Rowe.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Blackgum Christian Union Church with burial at Box Cemetery north of Vian under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary Jumper of Sallisaw and Alice Stahl of Vian; nine sons, James Rowe of Gore, Robert Rowe of Garland, Texas, Norman Rowe of Van Buren, Earl, Merel and Paul Rowe, all of Sallisaw, Charles Rowe of Fort Smith, David Rowe of Webbers Falls, Okla., and Edwin Rowe of Harrah, Okla.; a sister, Virgie Wiles of Huntsville; a brother, J.T. Pruitt of Sallisaw; 40 grandchildren and 32
great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Michael J. Rowe, Sean, Shawn, Brian, Johnathan and Ryan Rowe. Michael D. Rowe, John Jumper and Christopher Kelley.
The body may be viewed from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today.
