Alpha Craig, 78, of Spiro, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2004, in
Spiro. She was born Sept. 8, 1926 at Spiro to James and Kizzie Smith.
She was a member of the Pocola Christian Fellowship Church and she
was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson, Dwight
Craig; and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her husband, James Craig; one daughter, Milinda
Kay Patton and husband Keith of Pocola; three sons, Ronald Gene
Craig and wife Becky of Kingston, James Dwayne Craig and wife Glenda
of Spiro, and Kendall Ray Craig and wife Julie of Fort Smith, Ark.;
one sister, Ophelia Craig of Spiro; eight grandchildren, James Alan
Craig, Reva Jean Weir, Tory Craig, Tony Craig, Amanda Sullivan,
Kyle Craig, Melanie Pinkerton and Beau Patton; and nine great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 11 at the Mallory
Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Eldon Burnett and Roger
Myers officiating. Burial will follow in
Fairview Cemetery under
the direction of Mallory Martin Funeral Home of Spiro.
Pallbearers will be Tandy Sullivan, James Pinkerton, James Alan
Craig, Tony Craig, Tory Craig, Kyle Craig and Beau Patton.
