Levell Smith, 82, of Poteau, passed away Friday, Oct. 15, 2004. She was born March 12, 1922 at Howe. She was a member of the Pleasant Valley Free Will Baptist Church and a housewife.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Don Hart and Tommy Hart.

Survivors include her husband Ray Smith of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Johnny and Linda Hart of Greenwood, Ark.; one sister, Bertha Johnson of Poteau; seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren; and a host of loved ones and friends.

Service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16 at the Oakland Cemetery Pavilion - graveside, with the Rev. Jimmy D. Cook officiating. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.
